P. Raley, 55 years of age, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. J. Pyburn, here Saturday afternoon following an illness with pneumonia for the previous ten days. Mrs. Raley had come here about a month ago from Dubach to make her home with Mrs. Pyburn. Funeral services were conducted at the First Baptist Church in Dubach Sunday afternoon at 2:30 with the Rev. B. C. Land, Baptist minister, and Rev. O. L. Tucker, Methodist minister, of Winnfield, and Rev. Hencky, of Dubach, officiating. Interment was in the Dubach Cemetery. Mrs. Raley was born in Texas and reared in Claiborne Parish. She was a member of the Baptist Church. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. W. J. Pyburn, Winnfield; her mother, Mrs. F. J. Fowler, Dubach; four sisters, Miss Octavia Fowler, Mrs. W. D. Cox of Dubach, Mrs. H. J. Odom, Bernice, and Mrs. Dan Allgood, Grand Cane; and two brothers, Arthur Fowler, Dubach and Frank Fowler, Oil City.
