Mrs. J. E. Ray, Sr., Buried In Local Cemetery Feb. 2

Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Alice Ray, 76, of Bunkie, who died Tuesday,
were held Wednesday afternoon with burial in the family plot in the Winnfield
Cemetery.

Mrs. Ray was the widow of the late J. E. Ray, Sr., who was a merchant in
Winnfield for many years.

She is survived by one son, J. E. Ray, Jr., Boyce; three daughters, Mrs. Alton
B. Blakewood, Bunkie; Mrs. F. M. Fickling, Shreveport; Mrs. N. C. Stan, El
Paso, Tex.; four grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
