M. Blair Missing After Texas City Explosion Earle Readhimer, 25, son of Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Readhimer of Ruston, and nephew of Mrs. R. M. Blair of Winnfield, is reported missing in the Texas City blast. All hope of finding him or identifying him has been given up, according to Mrs. Blair, after a search of more than one week. Readhimer was working in the chemical plant about forty feet from the first explosion. Among the relatives that went to search for the missing man were Mr. and Mrs. Blair of Orange, Texas and several cousins from Galveston. His mother and father joined the search. The missing man is survived by his father and mother, three brothers, Cecil, Russell, and Harold, a sister, Lucille, and his wife and young son.
