Mrs. E. F. Reeves Succumbs; Buried At Hargis Jan. 5

Mrs. Ebbin F. Reeves, 69, of Hargis, native of Winn parish, died Thursday,
January 4, 1962, after a short illness.

Funeral services were conducted at the Hargis Baptist Church on Friday,
January 5, with the Rev. Rufus Kitchingham officiating.  Burial was in the
church cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Mrs. Reeves had been a resident of Hargis for the past 30 years.

Survivors are her husband, Ebbin F. Reeves, Hargis; one son, L. W. Reeves,
Winnfield; three daughters, Mrs. Lucille Scroggins, Centerpoint, Mrs. Theron
Dyson, Montgomery, and Mrs. E. L. Lowe, Baton Rouge; one brother, Tom
McIlwain, Montgomery; two sisters, Mrs. Addie Jackson and Mrs. Maude
Killingsworth, both of Montgomery; 10 grandchildren and three great
grandchildren.
