Long, wife of former Governor Long, died in New Orleans Monday at Baptist Hospital after two weeks illness from a heart ailment. Mrs. Revere was the widow of Robert Harrison Revere of Washington Parish and had resided in New Orleans for the last 30 years. Funeral services were held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Five daughters and two sons survive. They are Mrs. W. T. Schexnayder and Miss Alma Revere of Baton Rouge, Mrs. P. C. Goldenberg of New Orleans, Mrs. Earl K. Long of Winnfield, and Mrs. J. W. Simon, Jr., of Lafayette; Major Robert E. Revere of Fort Myers, Fla., and Sidney Paul Revere of New Orleans.
