Rev. Rhymes, Sr.

Rev. T. Lester Rhymes, Sr., 67, of Dodson died Friday, May 4, 1979 in
Winnfield General Hospital in Winnfield after a short illness.

Services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday in Southern Funeral Home Chapel with the
Revs. Curtis Dickens, Dr. Wade B. East, and Thurmon Williams officiating.
Burial was in Gayla Trainer Cemetery in Jonesboro.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Elva K. Rhymes of Dodson; two sons, Gene
Rhymes of Shreveport and T. L. Rhymes, Jr. of West Monroe; one daughter, Mona
Rudd of Dodson; and seven grandchildren.
