Funeral Services For J. P. Rials Held Thursday

Funeral services for John P. Rials were held today (Thursday) at 10:30 a.m. at
Yankee Springs Church.  Burial was in Yankee Springs Cemetery.

Mr. Rials died Tuesday in a local hospital.  He was a native of Winn Parish
and a member of the Baptist Church and the Masonic Lodge.

He is survived by three sons, J. A. Rials of New Orleans, H. W. Rials of
Corpus Christi, Texas, and T. C. Rials of Marrero; two daughters, Mrs. M. A.
Thomassie of Marrero and Mrs. C. J. Austin of Marrero; and six grandchildren.
