Henry Ricard Dies In Germany In Prison Camp Survived By Wife, Former Aliene Richardson of Winnfield Mrs. Henry Ricard of Winnfield received a message from the War Department Friday that notice had been given by the German Government through the International Red Cross that her husband, Technical Sergeant Henry H. Ricard, who was previously reported missing in action, had died June 19 as a result of the wounds received in action over France. Sgt. Ricard, 27 years of age, was engineer with an Air Force crew that had only been stationed in England two months before he was reported missing. He had been in service since October 27, 1942. Memorial services were held at the Church of the Immocrelate (?) which he was a member, on Wednesday of this week. Sgt. Ricard is survived by his wife, the former Marjorie Ailene Richardson of Winnfield; a two year old son, Henry, Jr.; his father, Frank Ricard, Natchitoches; one brother, F. J. Ricard, of Denham Springs; four sisters, Mrs. O. H. Miller, Natchitoches; Mrs. Lee J. Fontenot, Ville Platte; Mrs. Louis Keller, and Mrs. J. F. Lorio, both of Hahnville.
