L. L. Rice, 61, Dies After Lengthy Illness

L. L. Rice, 61, of Joyce, died March 29, 1971 in Pineville after a lengthy
illness.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at 4 p.m. in Southern Funeral Home Chapel
with Rev. Jimmy Yocum officiating.  Interment was in Brown Cemetery.

Survivors include two brothers, Louie Rice, James Rice of Goldonna; two
sisters, Mrs. Renna Burson of Minden and Mrs. Dove Morgan of Goldonna.
