Mrs. W. H. Rice Of Tullos Claimed by Death Wednesday

Mrs. W. H. Rice, of Tullos, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. White of the Hudson
Community died at the Urania clinic Wednesday after an illness of several
months.  Funeral services were held at Tullos Thursday morning at 10 o'clock
and interment was made in the Greenwood Cemetery at Pineville, La.

Besides her parents, Mrs. Rice is survived by her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Ed
Jeanne of Shreveport; a son, W. H. Rice, who is serving in the Seabees in
Virginia; three sisters, Mrs. Ralph Frazier of Winnfield, Mrs. Odis Holland of
Castor, and Mrs. Ed Day of Marion; three brothers, J. C. White of Hudson,
Clayton White of Castor, and Lloyd White of St. Louis, Mo.; and one
grandchild.
