Father of Fred Roark Succumbs

Newton J. Roark, 80, of Jena, died in an Alexandria hospital last Sunday.  He
was the father of Fred Roark of Winnfield.

Funeral services were conducted Monday at the Antioch Baptist Church at
Rosefield.

Attending the last rites from Winnfield were Mr. and Mrs. Fred Roark, Mr. and
Mrs. Rayford Roark, Mrs. Ocie Warner, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Waller, and Richard
Waller.
