All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** From: October 3, 1957 Winn Parish Enterprise Negro, Missing Several Days, Found Dead in L & A Quarters Saturday Judge Robinson, 79 year old Negro of Hatfield, who had been missing from his home since last Thursday, was found dead in a wooded area in the L & A Quarters last Saturday afternoon by his brother, Lee Robinson, who had been looking for the missing man. A searching party was being organized for the Negro, when his body was discovered. Funeral services for the deceased will be held Friday afternoon from Johnson Funeral Home, with burial in Union Hill, Ward Eight Cemetery. Robinson, a lifelong resident of this area, is survived by many children. Another brother is Andrew Robinson of Ward Eight.
