Mother of Dodson Residents Dies in Lincoln Hospital

Mrs. Amma Robertson, 91, of the Walker community, Jackson Parish, died in the
Lincoln hospital, Ruston, Feb. 21.  She is the mother of Mrs. Harvey Walker of
Dodson, and of Horace Robertson or Route 1, Dodson.

About 20 days ago Mrs. Walker fell in her home and broke her hip.  She
underwent an operation from which she did not recuperate.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Transport with Rev. W. D.
McDaniel, pastor of the Walker Church, and Rev. Roy Grant, Choudrant,
conducting the services.

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Walker of Dodson, Mrs. Odis Robertson
of Baton Rouge; and Mrs. Mama Westmoreland of Shreveport; two sons, Horace
Robertson of Rt. 1, Dodson, and Morris Graf of Stacey, Minn.; 17 grandchildren
and 11 great grandchildren.
