Last Rites For Wm. L. Rodgers, Saline, Held At Carolina

Final rites for William L. Rodgers of Saline, La., who passed away Sunday,
were held at the Carolina Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6, with the
Rev. Kenneth Johnson officiating.  Burial was under the direction of Southern
Funeral Home.

Mr. Rodgers is survived by his widow; a son, Lofton Rodgers of Saline; four
daughters, Mrs. Melwyn Wilkie of Bossier City, Mrs. DeLois Collingsworth of
Danville, Mrs. Ardell Caskey of Houma, and Mrs. Rena Blewer of Saline; two
brothers, Curtis Rodgers of El Dorado, Ark., and Wallace Rodgers of Saline;
three sisters, Mrs. S. A. Lewis of Ruston, Mrs. Sarah Baker of El Dorado,
Ark., and Mrs. Nora Holman of Saline; 11 grandchildren and six great
grandchildren.
