F. Rosier Dies At Her Home In Pollock, December 15 Mrs. M. F. Rosier, of Pollock, La., mother of J. M. Rosier and S. S. Rosier of Winnfield, died at her home in Pollock December 15, 1934, following an illness of about three weeks. Funeral services were held Sunday, December 16, at Springhill Church near Ball, La. The Rev. Jasper L. Brown of Ball was in charge, assisted by Rev. Jim Garrett, pastor of the Springhill Church. Pallbearers were nephews of the deceased: Recie Brown, Conley Brown, Clyde Brown, Jim Crooks, Ivy Garlington, Burton Garlington, and W. O. Garlington. Mrs. Rosier was preceded in death by her husband who died nine years ago. She was a member of the Springhill Methodist Church. Surviving are four sons, J. M. Rosier and S. S. Rosier of Winnfield; L. L. Rosier and E. Q. Rosier of Pollock; two daughters, Mrs. Lee Duncan of Pollock and Mrs. W. L. Nugent of Colfax; three sisters, Mrs. Sarah Crooks of Dry Prong, Mrs. Luela Brown and Mrs. Martha Bearden of Pollock; and two brothers, H. S. Garlington of Dry Prong and B. F. Garlington of Pollock.
