Funeral Rites For A. C. Rowell Held Sunday

Albert Charles Rowell, 28, of Joyce, died early Saturday morning, May 20, 1972
in a Natchitoches hospital.

He was a logger and a native of Winn Parish.

Funeral services were held at 2:30 Sunday in the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home
Chapel with the Rev. Homer Ivy officiating, assisted by Rev. Deloy Shows. 
Burial was in the Allen Cemetery on Highway 84 East of Winnfield.

Survivors include his widow; Mrs. Vivian Culp Rowell of Joyce, two daughters,
Cindy Rowell and Tammy Rowell, both of Route 2, Winnfield; two brothers,
Chester Rowell and Raymond Rowell; his father, A. C. Rowell of Joyce, and his
mother, Mrs. Sherman Lafollette of Winnfield.

Pallbearers were Rickey McLemore, James Cloud, John Cloud, Bobby Cloud,
Wendall Cloud, and Tommy Cloud.
