Cecil I. Row, 78, Dies; Interment Wed. At Sardis
   Cecil I. Row, 78, died at 8:20 p.m., Monday, February 17, 1969 in a
Pineville Hospital. He was a resident of Winnfield.
   A retired L&A Railroad telegraph operator, Mr. Row was a member of
the Laurel Heights Baptist church.
   He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lessie Row of Winnfield; a daughter,
Mrs. Jeanette Boone of Shreveport; a brother, Earl Row of Dallas, Tex.;
two sisters, Mrs. V. C. McCain and Mrs. R. L. McCain, both of Ashland,
two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
   Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of
Southern Funeral Home with Rev. C.C. Martin. Rev. W. R. Gage and Rev.
Clarence Bates officiating. Burial was in Sardis cemetery under
direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.
   Pallbearers were James Watts, Troy Smith, Frank Adcock, Dr. Henry
Parker, Dan Byles, Harper Terrill.
