Lecy Almeda Russell

Services for Lecy Almeda Russell were held at 3 p.m Wednesday in Hebron
Baptist Church with the Rev. Roy Drumm officiating.  Burial was in the church
cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home, Winnfield.

Mrs. Russell, 80, of Baton Rouge, died at 9:30 a.m. Monday, October 12, 1987
in Heritage House Nursing Home.

She was a Sikes native and was a minister in the Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include her husband, S. J. Russell of Baton Rouge; one son, Darrell
Mayes of Baton Rouge; one daughter, Laverne Roth of Hollywood, Fla.; one
brother, Clayton Smith of Bridge City, Texas; six grandchildren and two great
grandchildren.
