Mrs. Della Shows Dies After Long Illness

Mrs. Della Kerbow Shows, 77, of Dodson, died Thursday, August 30, 1973, in a
local hospital after a long illness.

Funeral services were held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the Antioch Presbyterian
Church in Quitman with the Rev. E. B. Barton officiating.  Burial was in
Antioch Cemetery.

Survivors include four sons, Harold Hargrove of Tampa, Fla., Hayward Hargrove
of Minden, Dwight Shows of Baton Rouge, and Melvin Shows of Ruston; a
daughter, Mrs. Denver Fox of Dodson; four sisters, Mrs. Joe Martin of
Jonesboro, Mrs. J. C. Box of Morton, Miss., Mrs. Louie Ricks of Augusta, Ga.,
and Mrs. M. N. Hicks of El Dorado, Ark.; 14 grandchildren and 14 great
grandchildren.
