Mrs. Shaw, 95, Succumbs; Rites At Mount Zion

Funeral services for Mrs. Frances White "Aunt Fannie" Shaw, 95, of Montgomery,
were held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Mount Zion Methodist Church with Brother G.
A. McVay officiating.

Burial was in Mount Zion Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home of
Winnfield.

Mrs. Shaw died at 11 p.m. Thursday, July 8, 1971 at her residence after a long
illness.  She was a native of Louisiana and a member of the Mount Zion
Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Irvin Shaw and Clarence Shaw; one daughter, Mrs.
Agnes Shaw Lunsford, all of Montgomery; two sisters, Mrs. Lura McManus of
Atlanta and Mrs. Alice Albright of Jonesboro; nine grandchildren and 15 great
grandchildren.
