Funeral Services For Mrs. Leola Shy Held In Atlanta

Mrs. Leola Shy, 79, retired housewife, died Saturday, September 25, 1965 in
Winnfield after a long illness.

She was a native of Atlanta and a member of the Atlanta Methodist Church.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Atlanta Methodist Church
with Rev. Elmer Malone and Rev. Ray Teal officiating.

Burial was in Atlanta Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Survivors are three sisters, Mrs. J. L. Ferguson of Winnfield, Mrs. E. G.
Ferguson of Atlanta, and Mrs. P. L. Orendorff of Montgomery; one brother, A.
B. Patten of Alexandria.
