Marion Sanders Of Calvin Drops Dead Near Home Sunday

Marion Sanders, 62 old lifelong resident and farmer of the Calvin Community,
dropped dead near his home Sunday, June 28.  The parish coroner reported that
Sanders' death was caused by high blood pressure.

Funeral services were held at the Sanders Chapel, Monday, with the Rev. Joe
Quarles in charge.  Interment was in the Sanders Cemetery.

The deceased is survived by his wife and nine children.
