Sister of Mrs. Melton, Mrs. Jones Buried Here Mar. 3

Funeral services for Mrs. Helen Scheisser, 46, who died at her home in
Houston, Texas, March 4, were held at the Downtown Assembly of God Church,
Winnfield, Monday, with the pastor, Rev. C. M. Robinson officiating, assisted
by the Rev. Pearson of Minden.  Burial was in the Winnfield Cemetery under
direction of Hixson Brothers.

Mrs. Scheisser was the sister of Mrs. Cranford Melton and Mrs. Dewitt Jones of
Winnfield.  She is also survived by another sister, Mrs. Foster Hardman of St.
Louis; one brother, David Morris of Dallas; and her husband, Wilson Scheisser
of Houston.

Pallbearers were Jerry Melton, J. E. Melton, Woodrow Blackstock, Wade Moore,
Huey Melton, and David Austin.
