Mrs. Emily Scott Died Monday Of Heart Attack

Mrs. Emily Scott, 85, died at her home at 1 a.m. Monday morning following a
heart. The deceased was buried in the Winnfield Cemetery, Tuesday, March 17,
at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Alwin Stokes, pastor of the First Presbyterian
Church, officiating.

Mrs. Scott was born in Dallas County, Texas and came to this part of the
country several years ago. She was a devout member of the Christian Church.

She is survived by one son, W. C. Turner of this city.

Pallbearers included Lee Dunn, Lee J. Grigsby, N. L. Horton, C. Smith, Manton
Wood, and C. B. Cole.
