Funeral Services For Frank Scott, Sr., To Be Held Friday

Funeral services for Frank Scott, Sr., 62, who died in a Winnfield hospital at
11:35 p.m. Wednesday will be held at the South Winnfield Baptist Church 3
o'clock Friday afternoon.  The pastor, Rev. Jerry Green, will officiate. 
Burial will be in the Winnfield Cemetery.

A native of Florida, Mr. Scott had been a resident of South Winnfield
community most of his life.  He suffered a heart attack August 30.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Grace Eagles Scott, and one son, Frank Scott,
Jr., Winnfield; two daughters, Mrs. Carl Butler, Woodworth, La., and Mrs. O. 
R. Givens, Montgomery.

He also leaves 10 sisters and brothers, one of whom is Will Scott of
Winnfield.
