Dr. Scott's Rites Set For Friday In Ringgold, La.

Dr. John Walter Scott, 79, retired doctor of Ringgold, died at 5:30 a.m.
August 26.  Last rites will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in the Ringgold
First Baptist Church, with burial in the Providence Cemetery under direction
of Robbins Funeral Home of Ringgold.

Surviving are a daughter; one sister, Mrs. James Dowdall, and two brothers,
Loyce F. Scott and Lawrence Scott, both of Ringgold, and all former residents
of Winnfield.
