Selsor Dies In Home of Mrs. Lloyd Carroway, Thursday J. W. Selsor, aged 59 years, died at the home of Mrs. Lloyd Carroway, Thursday afternoon, October 31, 1935. Funeral services were conducted Friday morning at 10 o'clock at the Presbyterian Church with the pastor, Rev. Alwin Stokes, in charge. Interment was in Forest Park Cemetery, Shreveport. Mr. Selsor, a native of Missouri, who had been in ill health for some time, came to Winnfield from Shreveport three months ago to make his home. He was formerly in the mercantile and oil business in Oil City. He was the husband of Bessie Taylor, now deceased, who was the sister of Mrs. Carroway, and well known in Winnfield. The only surviving relatives are Mrs. Carroway and Mrs. Joe Weeks of Winnfield.
