Funeral Services Held For W. J. Shaw At Mt. Zion Monday

Willie I. "Buck" Shaw of Montgomery, age 41, died at the Veterans Hospital
Sunday evening and funeral services were held at Mt. Zion Church Monday
afternoon at three o'clock.  The Rev. E. A. Autrey of Tullos conducted the
last rites.

Surviving Mr. Shaw are his widow, one son, mother, Mrs. Nan Shaw of
Montgomery, two sisters, Mrs. Manuel Fletcher, New Verda, Mrs. Julia Brown,
Kilgore, Texas; three brothers, T. Shaw, Atlanta, S. C. Shaw, superintendent
of schools of Grant Parish, Colfax, and James Shaw, Montgomery.

Pallbearers were I. O. Thomas, W. H. Kilpatrick, Normand Cooke, Fred Lagrone,
Marion Porter, J. C. Swore, W. P. Harrison, and T. O. Harrison.
