COLORED DEATHS

Lucinda Shelton Morgan (Note: This should be Lucinda Morgan Shelton)

Lucinda Shelton Morgan, 82, well known Negro resident of Route Three,
Winnfield, died at her home December 5.  She was the wife of the late Will
Shelton.

Funeral services were conducted at the Union Hill Baptist Church, Route Three,
Winnfield, December 8.

Lucinda is survived by one brother of Alexandria; four daughters, Minnie
Graham, Bertha Brinson, and Bessie Riser, all of Winnfield, and Lula Burse of
Pineville.  She also leaves ten grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and
one great, great grandchild.
