Funeral Services Held Sunday For Willie B. Sheppard

Funeral services for Miss Willie B. Sheppard of Joyce, who died at 2:30 p.m.
Sunday, were held at the Union Church near Joyce at 3 p.m. Monday. 
Interment was in the Union Cemetery, with the Rev. J. A. Cockerham
officiating.

Miss Sheppard had been suffering from complications which had developed after
a tonsillectomy of the week before.

The deceased is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Sheppard, two
sisters, Mrs. Mildred Newman of Murry Junction and Miss Roberline Sheppard of
Houston, Texas, and two brothers, Bunk Sheppard and Woodrow Sheppard of Joyce.
