Bill T. Shively Dies; Burial At Antioch

Funeral services for Bill Thomas Shively, 78, were held at 4 p.m. Saturday in
Antioch Methodist Church.

Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home of
Winnfield.

Shively, a retired farmer, died at 11:10 p.m. Thursday, December 30, 1965 in a
Shreveport hospital after a short illness.  He was a native of Winn Parish and
member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

Survivors are his wife of Goldonna; a son, Robert Garland Shively of Goldonna;
five daughters, Mrs. James S. Whatley of Lake Providence, Mrs. F. M. Voight of
Austin, Texas, Mrs. E. A. McCarty of Baton Rouge, Mrs. N. J. Thompson of
Haughton, Mrs. A. V. S. Beckemeyer of Hawaii; two brothers, D. H. Shively of
Jonesboro and Wilson S. Shively of Dodson; two sisters, Carrie S. Taylor of
Dodson and Lula S. Boution of New Orleans, and 15 grandchildren.
