W. E. Shively Dies; Rites In Jonesboro

Funeral services for William E. Shively, 52, of Jonesboro, were held at 2 p.m.
Tuesday in Southern Funeral Home Chapel in Jonesboro with the Rev. Richard
Shreve and Louis Moffett officiating.

Burial was in Traina Memorial Cemetery for Mr. Shively who died at 9:15 p.m.
Sunday, January 26, 1976, in the Jackson Parish Hospital after an apparent
heart attack.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Loyce Shively of Jonesboro; three sons, Don
E. Shively, Michael Shively, and William Garry Shively, all of Jonesboro; one
daughter, Mrs. Sharon Ott of Hodge; his mother, Mrs. Inez Shively of Dodson;
four brothers, Leroy Shively of Winnfield, Dewitt Shively of Dodson, Jerry
Shively of Jonesboro, and Simon Shively of Shreveport; and two sisters, Mrs.
Marjorie O'Neal and Mrs. Devon Jolly, both of Shreveport.
