Otis Shows

Services for Otis Shows, 82, of Jonesboro were held at 11 a.m. Friday in the
Edmonds Funeral Home Chapel in Jonesboro with the Revs. Cecil Lee, Ardis
Smith, and Willis Russell officiating.

Burial was in Ebenezer Cemetery near Jonesboro.

Mr. Shows died Wednesday January 28, 1981 in his residence after a short
illness.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Dessie Shows of Jonesboro; two sons, Eustas
Shows of Guatamala and Eugene Shows of Ennis, Mont.; stepson, Howell Pardue of
Stanton, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. Veda Pardue Willis of Longview, Texas and
Mrs. Vivian Shows Walker of Orange, Texas; four brothers, Arnold Shows and
Willie Shows of Dodson, and Lawson Shows of Jonesboro; 19 grandchildren;
and 24 great grandchildren.
