William A. Shows Buried Saturday At Harmony Grove 

William Albert Shows, aged 78 years, a resident of Pollock, La., died in a New
Orleans hospital Friday, July 27, 1945.  He had suffered a fall the previous
Monday at the home of his brother, J. M. Shows, Pollock, fracturing a hip and
incurring other injuries.

Funeral services were held Saturday at the Harmony Grove Church, Gaars Mill,
where interment was also made.

Surviving are one son, Eugene, of Tallulah; five brothers, J. M., Pollock,
Rev. Lyman Shows, John, and Charles, all of Baton Rouge, and James of Tioga.
