W. T. Sills Dies; Burial At Liberty Chapel

William Thomas Sills, 59, of Dry Prong, died Wednesday, April 17, 1974, in the
Veterans Hospital in Alexandria.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Friday in the Zion Hill Baptist Church
with the Rev. Erwin DeWitt officiating.  Burial was in the Liberty Chapel
Cemetery in Williana under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of
Winnfield.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Eva Sills of Dry Prong; one son, Thomas
Vernon Sills of Dry Prong; two daughters, Minnia Louise Sills of Pollock and
Onita Sills Carroll of Tioga; one brother, Louis Sills of Atlanta; and one
sister, Nancy Sills Keith of Winnfield.
