Former Dodson Man Killed In Wash. Crash

Julius V. Simmons, 23, of Monroe, was killed while on a routine flight in an
Air Force plane at Shelbun, Wash., last Wednesday.  He is the grandson of the
late Mr. and Mrs. Jules E. Waters, and the nephew of Mrs. Harvey (Ruth) Waters
of Dodson.

His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Simmons of Monroe, formerly of Dodson.

Simmons was a veteran of five years service with the Air Force as a radio and
electronics specialitst.
