Eddie B. Skains

Services for Eddie Byron Skains, 73, of Joyce, were held Sunday in the chapel
of Southern with the Revs. Doyle Wesson, J. L. Holt, and C. H. Haley
officiating.  Burial was in Garden of Memories.

He died at 6:30 a.m. Saturday, May 23, 1981 in Winnfield General Hospital.

Survivors include his wife,, Stella Hubbard Skains of Joyce; two sons, Charles
Stone and Lee Stone, both of Winnfield; four daughters, Phyllis Skains Foster
of Baton Rouge, Audrey Cregg of Greenfield, Ohio, Loyis McCArty of Winnfield,
and Wonda Finney of Little Rock, Ark.; one brother, L. D. Skains of Calvin;
16 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
