Marylan Neoda Skains

Last Wednesday night, October 1st, at 10:30, little Marylan Neoda Skains
departed this life; age nine months and fifteen days.  She was the first and
only child of Mr. Willie Vester Skains and Mrs. Clara Lorine Skains.

The parents are heartbroken over their great loss.  However, behind the
darkest cloud, somewhere the sun is shining, "No more will the sweet babe
suffer pain or sickness.  God, the Father, will care for her forever and ever
throughout the boundless realm of light."

She has become a treasure in Heaven, there to remain safe and secure until
Mother and Father shall come and claim their own.

The funeral service was held in the home of the grandfather Thursday morning
at 11 o'clock.  The Rev. Alwin Stokes, pastor of the Presbyterian Church, was
in charge.

Relatives and friends sympathize most truly with the bereaved parents.
