Winn Parish Native Dies In Bastrop

Funeral services for Charles Allen Smith, 85, of Bastrop, a native of Winn
Parish, were held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Morehouse Parish with interment in
Memorial Park Cemetery.

A retired groceryman, Mr. Smith died September 7, 1967 after a brief illness.

Survivors include two sons, two daughters, six grandchildren, and seven great
grandchildren.
