Floyd Smith, Formerly of Sikes, Dies

Floyd Smith, 60, of Nederland, Texas, formerly of Sikes, died Saturday, May
10, at 7 a.m. following a lengthy illness.

Funeral services were held at Davis Funeral Home, May 10, at 3 p.m.  Burial
was in Nederland.

Survivors include his widow; two sons, Billy of Nederland and Mike of Baton
Rouge; three brothers, Homer Smith of Winnfield, Clayton Smith of Nederland,
Tex., and Doyle Smith of Beaumont, Tex.; and one sister, Mrs. Lecy Russell of
Rayne and __________________________________.
