Mrs. Nola Smith, 75, Succumbs

Mrs. Nola Smith, 75, of Ball died recently in a Shreveport nursing home. She
was the former owner of Smith's Flower Shop in Ball.

Survivors include two sons, Richard Smith of Alexandria and Dr. James E. Smith
of Shreveport; four sisters, Mrs. Verda Long, Mrs. Vinnie Long, Mrs. Paul
Lavespere, all of Tullos, and Mrs. Joyce McMurray of Trout; 11 grandchildren
and three great grandchildren.

Services for Mrs. Smith were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Oak Grove Cemetery,
Bentley, with Rev. Coda Salter officiating. Burial was under direction of
Hixson Bros., Pineville.
