From: S. P. Smith Of Corinth Dies After Long Illness

S. P. Smith of the Corinth Community died after a lingering illness Monday
morning at four o'clock, September 15.  Mr. Smith was about seventy years of
age.  Funeral services were conducted at the Corinth Church, Tuesday afternoon
with interment in the Corinth Cemetery.

Mr. Smith is survived by his wife and eight children: George, John Henry,
Floyd, Lucy, Otis, and Mrs. Jeff Jordan, Colgrade; Mrs. Sam Rosier of Jordan
Hill, and Marion Smith of Rochelle.
