George Spangler, 31, Succumbs to Attack Pneumonia Monday

George Spangler, age 31, died at his home at Beech Creek Monday morning,
January 22, following an illness of two weeks of pneumonia.  Funeral services
were held at Beech Creek Cemetery the following day conducted by the Rev. J.
W. Strange.

Mr. Spangler is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Spangler, four children,
William, J. T., Ethel, and Lucille, his father, J. M. Spangler, one brother,
Dewey Spangler, four sisters, Mrs. W. B. Strange, Mrs. J. L. Fletcher of Flat
Creek, Mrs. Dottie James of Tannehill, and Mrs. Etta Brown of Dry Prong.
