Funeral Services Mrs. Sarah Spangler Held at Beech Creek

Funeral services were held for Mrs. Sarah Spangler, age 67, who died at her
home Tuesday, conducted by Rev. J. W. Strange at the Beech Creek Baptist
Church and interment was made in the Beech Creek Cemetery Wednesday of this 
week.

Mrs. Spangler had been ill only a short time before her death which was a
shock to her many relatives and friends.

At the age of fifteen she united.................church and remained a devout
member her entire useful 
life.

She is survived by her husband, J. M. Spangler, one son, Dewey Spangler, four
daughters, Mrs. W. B. Strange, Mrs. J. L. Fletcher of Flat Creek, Mrs. Etta
Brown of Dry Prong, and Mrs. Dottie James of Tannehill; also thirty one
grandchildren, two great grandchildren, two brothers, Marion Curry of Flat
Creek and Jeff Curry of Royal.
