Speaks Buried Thursday At Georgetown Funeral services for William Houston Speaks, 57, of Georgetown, were held Thursday at 3 p.m. at Selma Baptist Church near Georgetown with burial in Georgetown Cemetery. Mr. Speaks died at 4 a.m. Wednesday in an Alexandria hospital following a one month illness. He was a native of Pleasant Hill and had lived at Georgetown for sereral years. He was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Beulah Bartley Speaks; two sons, Stanley and Wayne Speaks of Georgetown; two daughters, Mrs. Vriginia Brown, Coron Beach, Fla., and Miss Linda Gayle Speaks, Georgetown; three brothers, C. ? Sikes(?), Odessa, Tex., Charles Speaks, Georgetown, and Watson Speaks, Goldonna; four sisters, Mrs. Stella Coburn and Mrs. Etta Capps, Georgetown, Miss Linnie Speaks, Alexandria, and Mrs. Arlevey Durr, Pleasant Hill; and three grandchildren.
