Former Winn Resident Dies In Ferriday

Funeral services for William R. Speed, 77, of Ferriday, formerly of Winnfield,
were held Monday, March 25, in Ferriday with Rev. Tom Lee officiating.

Burial was in Green Lawn Cemetery in Natchez, Miss.

Mr. Speed died Sunday, March 24, 1974 after a long illness.

Survivors include his widow, five sons, two daughters, two sisters, 11
grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews in
Winnfield.
