Mother of Mrs. John Royal Succumbs in Thomasville, Georgia

Mrs. A. J. Stapleton of Thomasville, Ga., mother of Mrs. John Royal of
Winnfield, passes away at her home at 5 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, February
4.  Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at Cockerham, Georgia.

In addition to her daughter, Mrs. Royal, the deceased is survived by her
husband, four brothers and one sister.

Mrs. Royal was at her mother's bedside at the time of her death.  Mr. Royal
left Winnfield Wednesday night to attend the funeral services.  They will
return to their home this weekend.
