Etta P. Stewart

Services for Etta P. Stewart of Shreveport were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, in
the chapel of Southern with the Revs. Phillip Daniels and D. E. Lemmons
officiating.  Burial was in New Hope Cemetery, Dodson.

Mrs. Stewart, 96, died at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, in P & S Hospital, Shreveport.

She was a native of Catahoula Parish and a member of First Church of the
Nazarene, Shreveport.

Survivors include two sons, Lonnie Stewart of Ruston and Leon Stewart of
Winnfield; three daughters, Esther Parker of Shreveport, Bernice Daily of
Jena, and Mattie Alewine of Shallowater, Texas; 19 grandchildren, 46 great
grandchildren, and 16 great great grandchildren.
