Father of Mrs. C. L. Frazier Dies Saturday

Funeral services for Jonah H. Steen, 89, of Kelly, were held at 2 p.m. Monday
at Riser & Son Funeral Home Chapel in Columbia with the Revs. David Barkley
and C. H. Haley officiating.

Burial was in Harris Chapel Cemetery east of Olla.

Mr. Steen died Saturday, September 18, 1976 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital in
Columbia after a lengthy illness.

Survivors include one son, J. T. Steen of Kelly; two daughters, Mrs. C. L.
Frazier of Winnfield and Mrs. N. E. Stott of Olla; four sisters, Miss Beulah
Steen of Grayson, Mrs. L. T. Whitten of Olla, Mrs. Corenia Ledbetter of Lake
Charles, and Mrs. W. L. Rankin of Tullos; one brother, John T. Steen of
Crossett, Ark.; five grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were John F. Lovell III, Mike Ivey, Bobby Stott, Norman Stott,
Jr., Wayne George, and T. D. Whitten.
