Mr. Robert Leon Stewart, age 79, of Winnfield, La., passed away Thursday, 
March 10, 2005, at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Alexandria, La.  Mr. 
Stewart served his country in the Navy during World War II.  

He was the son of the late Robert Stewart and the late Etta (Peppers) Stewart.

He is survived by his wife Kathleen (Taylor) Stewart of Winnfield, La.; 

One Daughter,
Daughter-LaDonna De Long and her husband George of Colfax, La.

Three Sons,
Son-Ronald L. Stewart and his wife Roselyn of Houston, Texas
Son-Gary L. Stewart and his wife Janet of Trout, La.
Son-Bruce E. Stewart and his wife Pat of Winnfield, La.

Fifteen grandchildren
Seven great-grandchildren       

Services are under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of  Winnfield, La., 
where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Friday, March 
11, 2005 and from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday, March 12, 2005.  Funeral 
service will be at Southern Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, March 12, 2005 , 
with Rev. Lindsey Burns, Rev. Dick DeBusk, and Bro. Loy Gaar officiating.  
Interment will be at New Hope Cemetery in Gaars Mill, La.
